Are They Using the Juice?

First Ricardo Ricco in the Tour de France now BadRad on Team Little Guy in the Black and Blue race.  Significant evidence has been found supporting allegations that Team Little Guy is using performance enhancing drugs. 

Many riders have been whispering about the way BadRad has been crushing them on the hills these days.  Is it due to hard work training on the bike or is the juice?

There is only one way to quiet all the speculation…
